Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal information International Theatres Nouvelle-Aquitaine receives through this website and what we do with it. If you have any questions, email us at info@itnaq.com.

What we collect

When you join us. The “Join us” form sends what you type to us by email. It is delivered by miisite, the service that hosts our website, through Brevo (Sendinblue SAS), and Cloudflare Turnstile checks that it is sent by a person rather than an automated program. We receive your name, email address, phone number, date of birth, whether we may contact you on WhatsApp, and what you tell us about your talents. miisite keeps a copy for 12 months so that we can find applications in one place.

When you sign up to hear from us. The “Stay tuned” sign-up sends your email address to our mailing list at Mailchimp (Intuit Inc.), through miisite, the service that hosts our website. Mailchimp then emails you to confirm, and you are only added once you do. Every email we send has a link to unsubscribe. Cloudflare Turnstile checks that a sign-up comes from a person rather than an automated program. miisite keeps no copy of your address.

When you visit. We count visits ourselves, through miisite, the service that hosts this website, on Cloudflare's network. It records which pages are viewed, roughly where from (the country) and how quickly they load. It does not use cookies, does not store anything on your device, and does not identify you.

How we use it

We use what you send us to reply to you, to arrange auditions, crew and volunteer roles, to add you to our WhatsApp groups if you asked us to, and to send you news about our productions if you signed up for it. We do not sell your information or share it with anyone else, unless the law requires us to.

How long we keep it

We keep your details while you are involved with the association or want to hear from us. Ask us to delete them at any time and we will.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, to correct it, to have it deleted, or to stop receiving news from us. Email info@itnaq.com. You can also complain to the CNIL, the French data protection authority, at cnil.fr.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies. To remember that you closed the “Stay tuned” sign-up, your browser keeps a note in its session storage that is deleted when you close the tab.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update it here.
